Original Kekkei Genkai
The original Kekkei Genkai in the series features the Byakugan, which is a dōjutsu.
The Hyuuga Clan was one of the first clans. They are said to be related to the Uchiha, holders of the Sharingan.
The Byakugan enhances all aspects of the sight, you can see through obstacles, have almost 360 degrees angle and can extend your view to an enormous range. Additionally, it grants access to several techniques only for Byakugan-Users.
Hyuuga members usually have completely white eyes. When activated, Byakugan seems to enforce the arteria beneath the skin towards the eyes, to stress that the vision is now at least a tenfold better, sharper, greater. It allows the users to see through an enemy's skin, into their chakra circulatory system. This grants the user the ability to find the perfect place to hit an enemy, where one punch could take them down for good.
Displayed by Hinata, Neji and others, it is one of the greatest Kekkei Genkai in the series.

Basically it can be described in the same terms.
A Byakugan-User can detect movements and see the internal chakra flow precisely, which makes it easier to detect jutsu-usage and battle movements.
So, in the game a Byakugan User decreases the enemy attack and defense while Byakugan is active, so not as much as a Sharingan would.
Also, the activation costs more chakra and is limited as it drains forth chakra.
Game Explanation
You are born as Hyuuga, which means your body is carrying a unique Kekkei Genkai: The ability to perform the Byakugan, which enforces your vision to see through walls, bodies and barriers. Along with that comes the gift of seen the others chakra flow, enabling you to attack not physically but with Chakra directly their internal chakra system. The more often you choose this, the more powerful you will get.
Benefits
- You won't ever need to buy a weapon. Hyuugas fight close-range mostly bare-handed or with items (Kunai). Visit the training grounds to improve yourself.
- Specialty "Hyuuga Techniques" is available. This one is stronger than a normal jutsu set.
This can be stacked up to 4 times! Every stacking makes the Jutsus stronger!
