Original Hanzaki's Thieves

In Naruto, there was a filler episode depicting a fraction of the Fuuma clan to be run down to a band of thieves, which was taken care of in the manga/anime.

Hanzaki, which was their leader, was defeated and promised to take care of Sasame.

Basically they fill in the role of street robbers, and they are after your gems.
