Where do I get a dwelling from?

Dwellings can be bought/built from the "Local Dwellings" section in any country. You obtain the rank of Genin before you can build a treehouse, and the rank of chuunin before you can build a cityhouse. Castles can be build/bought in special places once you achieve the rank of Sannin.
