I'm out of turns, what do I do next?

There's a lot more in SL to do still. You could go hunting for more turns by buying things from shops, buying drinks, buying apples, etc. All of those give you a chance to get more turns. There's still more to do besides turns or PvP. There's the role playing side of SL. You could go and role play peacefully in the gardens or you could go and have a role playing fight in the fighting zones. Role playing is a good way to have fun, get into the game, and make friends. Do what the game is meant for, role playing!
