Original Kekkei Genkai
The original Kekkei Genkai in the series features the Sharingan, which is a dōjutsu.
The Uchiha have been supposed as descendants of the Hyuuga clan, their Sharingan being related to the Byakugan. An Uchiha Clan member does not recieve the sharingan immediatley at birth. It usually shows signs of activation during a life threatening situation during a battle (it can be activated at will afterwards). It is also possible that a non-Uchiha gain access to the sharingan through surgery (that is how Kakashi recieved his Sharingan).
The "Tomoe" are the number of comma-like dots seen in the eye of the user, from 1-3, barely awake to fully awake. Uchiha have the ability to gain more commas over time as they become more mastered with the Sharingan.
The 1 tomoe Sharingan will allow the user to parts of the enemy's movement and slightly copy the enemy's moves.
The 2 tomoe Sharingan will do this plus it will allow the user to see through clones and genjutsu, seeing what really is happening. It also allows the user to see the enemy's chakra flow in their body, but doesn't allow the user to see the chakra circulatory system or tenketsu like the Byakugan.
The 3 tomoe Sharingan will do all this plus it allows the user to counter genjutsu back on the enemy and hypnotise them after making eye contact.
There is also a more advanced form, the Mangekyō, once activated the form of the tomoe changes to wedged. This is a very mysterious form of the Sharingan. Few Uchiha have ever been known to hold it. Itachi has been thought to have told Sasuke that to gain the Mangekyō, Sasuke would have to kill his best friend (which Itachi did to Shisui). The Mangekyō enhances Genjustsu used by the bearer greatly, and grants access to several extremely powerful techniques, though the Mangekyō eats away chakra and will slowly eat away the vision of the user.
Displayed by Kakashi, Sasuke and Itachi, it is one of the greatest Kekkei Genkai in the series.

Basically it can be described in the same terms.
A Sharingan-User can basically use Sharingan all the time with little chakra cost, and gains unbelievable insight (though inferior against a Byakugan-User) and can predict attacks and defense reactions.
So, in the game a Sharingan User decreases the enemy attack and defense while Sharingan is active.
Game Explanation
You are born as Uchiha, which means your body is carrying a unique Kekkei Genkai: The ability to perform the Sharingan, which enforces your vision to see through walls, bodies and barriers, and most importantly: other jutsus. The more often you choose this, the more powerful you will get.
Benefits
- None in normal play.
- Specialty "Uchiha Techniques" is available. This one is stronger than a normal jutsu and comparable kekkei genkai sets.
- Specialty "Fire" is available to you with 5 use points every day at least.
This can be stacked up to 4 times! Every stacking makes the Jutsus stronger! Note that the 万華鏡写輪眼, Mangekyō Sharingan is first accessible having chosen this two times!
