Halley owns this small shop but famous shop in Fire Country. Many visiters have came across this shop and stopped by to sip on some of her famous drink. The drink is said to take away the urge to kill and give wonderous in exchange.

If you take a sip of Halley's drink, you will lose 1 PvP fight and gain 5 travel points (you may do this with all your PvP's).
