Jiseigakure is a general place that does not take part in the anime/manga.
Jiseigakure in SL
Jiseigakure is the capital city of SL due to its strong neutrality. It is a place where no races reside, but holds many important buildings and places such as the Hall of Fame. The village is usually full of talkative high rankers, talking about well...nothing. Jiseigakure is a fun and important place that is a must-visit for most characters.
