Each "game day" is 8 real hours long, making there 3 game days per real day. When a new game day starts, you will regain all chakra, regain full hitpoints, your mount will be regain full rounds, if you're dead you will be resurrected, and you will gain your full forest fights/turns (plus any extras you get from mounts, etc.).
